Once your data is prepared, a suite of tools are available under the analysis tools to assess uncertainty in your data, estimate surface roughness, derive geomorphic units, analyze fish habitat, and preform geomorphic change detection. In this release (version 0.1),  only the uncertainty analysis tools and the simplest form of ToPCAT roughness tools are implemented (GCD is run from the GCD plugin).
