These ecohydraulic modelling tools are not enabled in version 0.1. These tools allow the user to input results from a 2D or 3D hydraulic model (in the form of a table or ascii text *.csv file with velocities, depths, roughness ,etc. at each node) and then run a variety of ecohydraulic models. The models include i) standard habitat suitability curve driven HSI (habitat suitability index) models, ii) fuzzy habitat models, and iii) a NREI (net rate of energy intake) bioenergetics model. These models are all based on existing ecohydrualic models and the tools to run them are being developed as part of CHaMP. |
